Our Story
Founded in Sheffield, United Kingdom, TRIB3 was created to bring people together.
Now spanning five different countries, TRIB3 continues its journey to build a global fitness community!
Often described as one of the most intensive but inclusive workouts in the world.
A signature TRIB3 studio operates on a three-zone TRI Training System: Treadmills, Resistance and Intensity, combined with live heart rate tracking and some of the best coaches, their science-backed HIIT workouts ensure results for everyone, at every level.
TRIB3 is scientifically designed to drive results.
Our community – or TRIB3Rs as we call them – can expect to strengthen, tone and burn serious calories with our bespoke TRI training system, workouts in luxe, industrial surroundings.
A truly global community.
In 2018, after seeing the community and concept take off in the United Kingdom, we began franchising internationally, starting with Finland, Spain, Ireland and The Netherlands. As we continue our expansion, you can expect to see us in new exciting territories soon!
Delighted to have been named one of the top 15 European franchises to invest in by Global Franchise in 2022, we are on a mission to build a global community of workout warriors and franchise partners. You can find our Headquarters in Barcelona, Spain and support teams across our regions, working on building a successful brand, one workout at a time.
