Prepare

Come early to meet the family.

We’re here to make sure you get the most out of every session with us. Aim to arrive at least fifteen minutes before your class so we can show you round and get you set up to track your workout live. Five minutes before your class starts your coach will be there to give you your studio induction, talking you through the three zones.

Once you’re booked in for your session, download the TRIB3 SWEAT app and register your details, that way it’ll be quick and easy to pair it with one of our heart rate monitors when you arrive.

Prepare to pound the Treadmills, tone and sculpt in the Resistance Zone and take on the AirBikes, in the Intensity Zone…exactly what it says on the tin. No muscle left untouched. Suitable for everybody.

Upper Body + Core

Work your upper body, from biceps and triceps to chest, shoulders and back, as well as shredding your abs, in this focused 45 -minute upper body and core workout.

Work your largest muscle group

Lower Body

Put your largest muscle group to WORK as we squat, lunge and deadlift our way through the Resistance Zone for 45 – minutes, topped off with the Treadmill and Intensity (AirBike) Zones for maximum results.
